Yes / No is a single check-box — stored as 1 or 0. Use it for “published”, “featured”, “in stock” and similar flags.

Tip

Combine it with a Fixed custom filter (published = 1) on a public list so drafts never appear, while an editors’ list of the same table shows everything.
