List Manager Tutorial

HTML Editor gives the visitor a full rich-text editor (TinyMCE) — bold, lists, links, images, tables — and stores formatted HTML.

Where to use it

Long formatted content — an article body, a product description, terms. Show it in the Detail Layout with the ##column## placeholder; the stored HTML renders as-is.

One of the column types on the Fields / Columns screen. The type sets how the column is shown in the list and how it is edited in the add/edit form. See them all together in the Field Types Showcase.
