sorry website page has updated
Hi,
those problems seem related to the use of an old Joomla class, that will be removed soon for next version. In the meantime, you can try to go to plugins and enable this one:
Behaviour - Backward Compatibility
Then you should be able to upload your spreadsheet, and the calculator will be able to find that file, at this time it's throwing an error because the spreadsheet upload is not ok.
Please try and let us know if you can see any change.

Hi,
update: with new version 6.0.4 that issue should be solved without the compatibility plugin.

--- i just uploaded the new version to my old site and the calculators are not working.
ok to get my site to work ive had to go back to 5.6.3_50.
Hi,
the new version is for Joomla version 6.x, can you please specify with versions of Joomla are you running on your sites? If you run Joomla 5.x you will need to use the latest one for J5 (5.6.3), and if you use J6 (which seems the case for your new website per the error message), then you can use Calcbuilder 6.0.4.
Please let us know if you have any non-working version even following these rules.
Thanks, regards

Ok ive gone back to the new site and I still cant get the calculator to view the results. Each time i try to change the settings eg to not view the results in a modal the changes dont save.
Hi,
the front end page is throwing now an error because the calculator is not able to find the excel file attached to it (3981_Calculator base.xlsx). If you're not able to save the settings, then the problem could be that the file setting is not properly saved either. In order to check which is the specific problem with your site, please share at the 'private data' section a temp access to your backend so we'll debug and let you know how to fix.
Thanks, regards

Please see login details below.
Hi,
we accesed your site and we've reinstalled latest version (even if it was already in place, just to see if there were any warnings at this step). It went without errors, so we tried the calculator and we do see the results. However the settings were not saving properly, because at your backend the jquery library is not loaded, it may be due to any specific plugin or template framework installed. We added a workaround for this situation to the latest version and now we do see all parts of the calculator working.
Please let us know if you can find further issues.
