Hi,
we see you have already the form created and the calculations are launching, but something at the configuration is missing, because its throwing an error 'unknown variable $a'. So we think it should be only any small detail to adjust and have it working. We can check your configuration if you can share an access to your calculator backend, or export the calculator to xml, zip it and attach it here, we'll try it and let you know how to solve. The email button configuration is also quite straightforward, depending on your calculator configuration we'll send you the details to add it.

ok, checked your calculator and there were a couple of issues with the configuration. First one, there was a strange php code at the php section that you won't need, we just removed. And at the spreadsheet mapping, you had all fields mapped as 'inputs', but when you use inline results, you want to 'extract' them from the excel, so they must be mapped as 'outputs'. Now the calculator is working and hopefully looking at the spreadsheet configuration you can have a better overview of how the form interacts with the excel file.

Now for the email, we reenabled the calculate button, but set its label as 'send email'. The form should be sent to the email you configured. You can add custom content to your email at print preferences->email tab. If you want your users also to enter one email and send a copy to them as well, these would be the steps to follow:

- Add a new input field, for ex with the name 'useremail'. Set it as 'required' and add it to your form.
- At the calculator->email tab, add $usermail to the desired section (for ex, Send email copy (CC) to : )

That should do the work, you can try from your side and let us know if you have further questions. This basic configuration help is included in the standard support of the extension . Of course, we also have a custom calculator service available, in case you want to develop any other custom / more complex function.

Hi,
tried your calculator and the button is working ok, we do receive an email (with the proper to,cc and bcc destinations). But the email is empty because the contents to be included are also configurable. They are at Print preferences->Email tab. We checked the input and output form, so these are the contents that are sent now. You may prefer to create a new layout, or messages at the email, so you can uncheck the 'includes' and create your own layout for the email at the HTML content fields you can find below (same rules working for the form layout apply here, with the ##variable## syntax in order to insert inputs/outputs).

As a final suggestion for the front end form, you can add any kind of message to inform users the information has been sent, you can add it at the 'exit layout' section that is currently empty for your case.
