you have the delete option available at 'manage data' menu. Please check

I have already done that, the problem is.. the table is showing a limited no. of records per page... imagine if you have a thousands of records, i was deleting like 100 records per page.... it's because i wanted to restart uploading a new sets of data... i needed to clear the previous uploaded data...

Hello,
you have the option here to remove the entire table and add a new empty one adding again the fields, or, select the option 'display all', 'select all' and 'delete' to remove all your records. If you prefer to handle manually using your database manager, you can also remove all records from
#__listmanager_values table.
We'll think in adding a new option to remove all values from a list and include it for new releases.
