500 error for logged in users 17.04.2012 12:19

Not logged in the list is showed perfectly!

As soon as you logged in on the frontend I get a 500 error. The page isn't showed .

It's a Joomla 2.5.4 installation.

Hello,
you should double-check that you have saved at least once the acl configuration for your list. If this doesn't solve your issue, please place a ticket at helpdesk with your site access and we'll look for the problem.

I checked the acl in the component. Although all boxes are checked, your module is showing a 500 page when logged in.

The problem with access is that it's an intranet on an internal webserver.

Ok, then we'll have to find a solution with your help. If the error is showing only when logged in, we should think about a user profile issue. Please create a ticket anyway in order we can exchange files if needed. Please attach if you have available the log file of your server in order to check if we can have a more detailed error, and write down if you have installed any extension regarding user profiles/groups administration to try to reproduce here.

I thought this was a private discussion. Removed the user-id in Joomla and e-mail the new once to you.
