Different results on Excel and Calc Builder for same data 18.09.2015 01:15

I biuld many form with calc builder using excel with no problem.
However, I am running into an issue with one of my forms that use an excel files to process the calcultion.
The results I got from using the excel file with similar data is different from the one I got with calc builder. the later does not make sense at all.
All the resultat with the same excel file are identical to calc builder results excel for the results using the "rate" fonction with seems not to work on calc builder.
I checked the data many times but still different results.

Please let me know how to solve it.

Hi,
we'd need to check your calculator to debug that specific form, in order to find out if there is any problem with any data format, if there is a bug with the library processing certain excel function like 'rate'...please export your calculator and zip together with your excel file, and attach the zip to a private helpdesk ticket you can create from your customer area. We'll try the calculator here following the calculator process and let you know how to fix.
