Hello,
This field is missing beacuse this new version includes bootstrap, so, to get fit input size, you should use css class in fields to add input-small, input-mini, input-large and all includes in bootstrap (http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/base-css.html#forms)
You could also include a custom css class outside bootstrap with a width style defined.
