This month we upgraded Calc Builder plugin for Virtuemart 3 and List Manager for Joomla and also added new tutorials

Calc Builder VM3 plugin (Joomla)

This plugin now allows to create dynamic calculators inside the VM product page. You can use the custom fields and any other data from the product in order to calculate the price.

List Manager (Joomla)

We've added a new method to upload csv data directly uploading a file from your localhost. It also enables the 'TAB' as field separator.

The new configuration section 'special filters' has a new option. Now you can configure which month will be shown by default, including 'actual month' that will automatically launch the filter based on the actual date.

Wordpress calculators

A huge and complex extension in order to build calculators like Calcbuilder would be hard to repeat. However, we've developed a more simple code template for Wordpress that allows us to build custom calculators easily. This month we've used it to develop a cool price calculator with a html5 widget that allows to virtually 'paint' your car and get the quote for the work.

Tutorials

Our new section 'tutorials' keeps growing. This month we've added some entries to explain in detail the new functions for the Calcbuilder plugin for Virtuemart 3 and also an specific tutorial on how to manage inputs and inline results inside sections.

What's next

The new Magento extension for printing companies will be released as soon as we add more configuration options to cover most cases.

We are going to add more new 'Special Filters' to List Manager. With this feature you can create filters like 'Month', 'Year' or 'Alphabetical'. Your users will be able to filter data with a toolbar.
